This includes discussions, planning meetings, design, and full implementation led by experts across relevant fields. The objective is to build a 100% fully developed, efficient, and innovative transport application and system.

A core mission of NIVSTA is to eliminate deadheading and improve overall transport efficiency through two main concepts:

Concept 1 – A to B (Zone | Zonal System)

A direct, efficient transport model that moves customers from point A to point B within structured zones.

Capacity Ratios for Concept 1

• NIVY Vans (2-level / 2-tier):
  80 passengers per unit

• NIVY Cars (2-level / 2-tier):
  40 passengers per unit

A stop-based system similar to bus stops, but using NIVSTA vehicles, enabling continuous flow and reduced congestion.

Zone System NIVSTA Trucks.

1. NIVSTA Truck (2-tier design)

Each NIVSTA Truck has two levels for carrying vehicles (or passenger modules).

• Lower Level: 5 NIVY Cars

• Upper Level: 5 NIVY Cars

• Total: 10 NIVY Cars per Truck

Each NIVY Car carries 4 passengers (based on your “40 passengers” total).

✅ Passenger Capacity:
10 NIVY Cars × 4 passengers each = 40 passengers per Truck

Option B – NIVSTA Van Configuration

• Lower Level: 4 NIVY Vans

• Upper Level: 4 NIVY Vans

• Total: 8 NIVY Vans per Truck

Each NIVY Van carries 10 passengers (based on your “80 passengers” total).

8 NIVY Vans × 10 passengers each = 80 passengers per Truck.

 

NIVSTA Truck Stop — Concept 2: One-Level Access System.

 

Overview

The NIVSTA Truck Stop Concept 2 introduces a single-tier loading and access system that enables passengers to board and disembark easily from trucks and NIVY vehicles with one long platform to get on to before getting on to the truck etc. That releases when the Truck stops at the Truck Stop Point etc. Design prioritizes efficiency & accessibility.

 

Key Features

1. One-Tier Level Design

2. Sliding Door Access

Trucks and NIVY Cars/Vans feature side-mounted sliding doors, similar to train-style entryways, to maximize door width and minimize loading time.

Enables parallel boarding (multiple entry points open simultaneously) for faster turnaround.

3. Modular Vehicle Configurations

 

NIVSTA Trucks are designed to carry:

5 NIVY Cars (each seating ~4 passengers) → total of 20 passengers

or 4 NIVY Vans (each seating ~10 passengers) → total of 40 passengers.

At NIVSTA TRANSPORT, all NIVSTA | NIVY vehicles are fluorescent yellow.

This colour is chosen to ensure high visibility and to serve as a quick, easily recognisable visual identity that represents Mark Dalzell’s vision for the future of NIVSTA TRANSPORT.
